حل المقاولات من Quick Services المبني على Odoo يقدّم دورة متكاملة لإدارة مشروع المقاولات من أول المناقصة حتى الإقفال المالي، حيث يمكنك إدخال بنود BOQ/Tender Items بالكميات والوحدات والوصف، ثم تنفيذ تحليل التكاليف Job Costing لكل بند (مواد، عمالة، معدات، مقاولين باطن، مصروفات) مع اعتمادات قبل التسعير، وبعدها تحديد هامش الربح في Estimation وإصدار Quotation قابل للإرسال PDF أو بالإيميل، ثم تحويله إلى Owner Contract يشمل الدفعات المقدمة وRetentions والخصومات والإضافات ومتابعة التحصيل والمتبقي. ومع تقدم التنفيذ يصدر النظام Progress Claims للمالك وSubcontractor Claims للمقاولين الباطن مع احتساب الكميات السابقة والحالية والتراكمية والخصومات والضريبة، وربطها تلقائيًا بـ الفوترة والمحاسبة Accounting. كما يدعم Change Orders/Quantity Change لتحديث العقد والتكلفة والتسعير تلقائيًا مع سجل تتبع كامل، ويربط التشغيل اليومي بـ المشتريات Purchase (RFQ/PO) والمخازن Inventory لمواقع المشاريع وBudgeting لمنع التجاوزات، إضافة إلى Timesheets وPlanning وFleet وMaintenance وDocuments (RFI/يوميات الموقع) وDashboards & Reports التي تعطي مؤشرات فورية للتكلفة والربحية والتقدم والتحصيل بحيث يكون القرار الآن، وليس بعد نهاية الشهر.
